Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked for a number of Fortune 500 corporations and thought I could successfully function through downsizing, mergers, layoffs, cubicles, corporate arrogance, politics, and dysfunctional leadership.  Then, one day, I recognized that I just had enough!

I knew there was something greater destined for me.  Searching for my life purpose, I looked up and acknowledged that I have been gifted with a voice, but needed to know what message to share.  And within several months, it was revealed to me!

My passion to help others nearly hit me in the face!  It started with defining what I wanted.  It continued with knowing that I had to surround myself with people who believed in my dreams and to build a legacy that clearly made a difference in the lives of others.  I knew I had to answer this leadership calling, not knowing exactly how, but leaving that up to the Universe to show me the way.  Thus, the creation of Accelerated Performance, Inc. formed and designed with a mission to simply help individuals “become more.”
