Biography: Nancy Wegierski, founder of Accelerated Performance, Inc., has worked over 25 years for a number of Fortune 500 companies including the Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA), Kaiser Aluminum, Textron Automotive, Wilson Learning Worldwide, Achieve Global, and General Physics Corporation.

After years of selling heavy duty products while gaining her Bachelor’s and MBA from Baldwin Wallace in Cleveland, Ohio, Nancy entered the corporate training world.  Some of her past clients include Ford Motor Company, Philip Morris USA, J. D. Power and Associates, and Schering-Plough.  Personal development training would soon surface as Nancy’s passion, but in her own unscripted, sassy manner, captivating audiences with her expressive personality, knowledge, and humorous outlook.

Nancy knew that there was more in life than just making money for other companies. Something was missing… humor, energy, passion, finding a purpose and enjoying LIFE! Her vision was to reach the masses with a message.

Nancy was captivated with the Law of Attraction and has researched countless authors and is now an independent certified facilitator through Michael Losier, author of “Law of Attraction: Getting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don’t.” Most recently, Nancy is the voice behind the mic hosting a wildly successful international talk show on VoiceAmerica called “Queenie’s Happy Hour,” a nickname that stuck with her for years!

Nancy speaks her mind with energy and humor, while sharing her knowledge as a life-long learner of self improvement, and coaches others to take action for what they want in life.

Nancy is building a legacy to make a difference through Accelerated Performance Inc., whose mission is to challenge and empower people to think big and actualize their potential, essentially helping individuals “become more” in order to work and live with greater fulfillment.
